RESTORATION OF EX-OFFENDERS:

The TOUCH Inmate Mentoring Program is consistent with most religious teachings. It exemplifies the lessons within most religions when meeting the huge need of assisting ex-offenders in their reintegration process and working to eliminate the option of recidivism. This is accomplished through TOUCH's unique concept of "reach out and touch" prisoners during the later portion of their incarceration and immediately after release. Selected participants must satisfy the pre-release requirements, as well as, successfully complete our 6 month post release program. Subsequently, client's successfully completing "TOUCH" programming will be recruited to participate in the "reach out and touch" programs.

The concept of "reach out and touch" a client, is a unique strategy with a common sense approach. Based on this strategy we expect the TOUCH program to have a higher success rate against recidivism than all other existing programs available to released prisoners. TOUCH projects its Inmate Mentoring Program to become the most respected and the premier Mentoring Program for ex-offenders. In fact, TOUCH will be the template others will attempt to duplicate, known as the trend setting Inmate Mentoring Program defeating recidivism.
